To pay for Gotv max using my gotv app, first download and instal MyGOtv app from the Google Play store for Android devices and on Apple store for IOS users, then Follow the steps below to make payment through the app.
- Open the app and enter your login details
- Choose your preferred package (GOtv Max)
- then click on Pay Now and confirm the details of the payment
- Click on continue
- then select your preferred payment provider
- follow by Selecting your payment option (once-off payment or auto-renewal)
- then choose a payment method (it can be Mastercard, Visa or Verve)
- Enter payment details and then click Pay
- An OTP will be sent to the number registered on your bank account.
- Enter the OTP pin, and press submit to complete the payment

How to Upgrade to GOtv Max
Is it possible to upgrade gotv subscription from lower to Gotv Max? Yes, it is possible.
Follow the steps below to upgrade to Gotv Max:
- Open the GOtv website and search for easy self-service
- At the top right corner of the page, change the flag to Nigeria (Flag), then sign
- Sign by entering your surname or mobile number (linked to your GOtv profile) and your decoder IUC number (it is always at the bottom of your gotv decoder)
- From the dashboard, Click on Build a Package and select GOtv Max (the package you are upgrading to)
- click the Next button and use your preferred payment method to complete your upgrade.
- Your upgrade should be confor within 10 – 20 minutes. if not, the contact gotv customer care.
- Also, note that it is better to do the upgrade only when your current subscription has expired to make the whole process much easier.
