The Xiaomi owned company Redmi is believed to be including 3 new phones to its Note 9 listings. Although the name of these phones is not yet known, major details on the phones are revealed by a tipster on his Weibo Digital Chat station.
Based on the tipster, these phones will come with a 180MP ISOCELL HM2 sensor made by Samsung which was launched in the middle of September. If this rumor turns out to be true, it will be the first time a Redmi phone will arrive with a 108MP sensor. Xiaomi has before launched phones with 108MP exclusively to the Mi only.
Information concerning the three phones is not well known currently so coming to conclusion on what to expect. It is truly the time to gain some insights on the Redmi Note 10 series however it seems there is still some room vacant for the leaks on the on-hand series. The Redmi Note 9 listing by now includes the standard Note 9, the Note 9 Pro, and the Note 9 Pro Max option. Therefore, if the rumor turns out to be real, the Note 9 series will have a total of six phones.
The tipster might have made a typo there and it should have been the Note 10. Nevertheless, the machine-translation of the post says it is the Note 9 series.
It could be that the 108MP phone could be the same one that the tipster previously revealed. The tipster said the phone dubbed “J17” could arrive with 108MP and a telephoto macro camera like the Poco F2 Pro launched earlier.
The Redmi Note 10 is believed to be arriving as a rebranded edition of Mi 10T Lite. It is likely to feature Snapdragon 750 processor and 5G connectivity.
