Twitter recently announced its support for physical hardware key for advanced security on its iOS apps and Android. The Twitter Physical Security keys have been available on desktops for quite some time but now extended to its mobile devices. The physical keys would add more security by activating two-factor authentication (2FA).

The Twitter Physical Security keys allow you to log in to your accounts securely. This new development has been rated to offers a better way of accessing your account over other vulnerable and conventional ways.
You would agree that most Twitter users have gone through brute force attach and different threats in the past, including Jack Dorsey, the CEO of Twitter. This method would however be useful and keep your account more secure.
To set up the security on your Twitter account,
- Go to settings and privacy
- then click on security
- then click on Two-Factor authentication
- then select security key
If at any point you wish to disable the feature, you can follow the same settings above.
